This passion has driven my diverse career, from early sales triumphs to leading a global training department and forging crucial strategic partnerships as a Senior Director at OpenTable.

Over my 19+ year career at OpenTable, I played a key role in transforming a burgeoning start-up into a market leader. I trained hundreds of global sales professionals in a solution selling methodology that significantly improved sales performance and drove measurable growth. Collaborating cross-functionally, I contributed to go-to-market strategies and successfully executed multiple product launches and partnerships. During the transition of our account managers into blended sales roles, I worked directly with these teams, providing coaching and building their confidence to empower revenue growth.

Throughout my career, I've developed a deep understanding of what drives success in both leaders and companies. A winning culture, empowered teams, and a strategic plan provide a strong foundation. As a consultant and coach, I help organizations harness these elements to achieve their full potential.

When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my wife and two daughters, soaking up all the best “girl dad” moments. You might also find me catching up with friends on the golf course or relaxing on a great patio. I love making the most of everything Denver and Colorado have to offer, especially when it comes to outdoor adventures.

Driven by my genuine passion for people and the hospitality community, I've had the privilege of leading and participating in impactful panels alongside industry leaders.

I currently serve on the board of EATDenver, supporting over 400 independent restaurants, and have even received a little love in a Forbes article.
